The connection methods of PVC drainage pipes mainly include sealing rubber rings, bonding and flange connection.
1. The pipe diameter of the PVC drainage pipe is greater than or equal to 100 mm. The pipe generally uses rubber ring interface;
2. The pipe diameter of the PVC drain pipe is less than 100 mm, and the pipe is generally bonded with the joint, and some use the live joint;
3. When PVC drain pipes cross sewers or other pipes, metal pipes are generally used, and plastic pipes are connected with metal pipes by flanges. The connection between the front and back of the valve and the pipeline is also made of flange connection.
PVC drainpipe installation precautions
1. The length of the PVC drain pipe is determined layer by layer according to the actual measurement and combined with the size of each connection pipe fitting.
2.PVC drainage pipe sawing tools should be selected fine-toothed saws, cutters and pipe cutting machines. The fracture should be flat and there should be no deformation in the section.
3. The socket part of the PVC drain pipe to be glued can be filed into 15o~30o bevel with a medium board file. The length of the groove is generally not less than 3mm, and the thickness of the groove should be 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of the pipe wall. After the groove is finished, the debris should be removed.
